Parents: Frederick Ernest Partner and Clara Ketley, married January 23, 1898, in the Parish church in the Parish of St. Marylebone, London, England, by Banns.

In 1901, Frederick Partner, 1 year of age, was shown residing at 26 Pratt Street, Camden Town, St. Pancras, London, England, along with his parents: Clara Partner, 23; and Frederick Partner, 22, tram driver. (Source: 1901 Census of England; Class: RG13; Piece: 147; Folio: 80; Page: 10.)

In 1910, Frederick Partner, Sr., and his brother were out of work and residing in the Marylebone Workhouse. Clara ultimately left Frederick.

Frederick was placed into Fegan Homes from 125 Canrobert Street, Hackney Rd., on June 21, 1910. His brother (Thomas) George Partner was admitted on October 11, 1910 from 59 Emma Street, Hackney (he returned to his father in 1912). Both brothers were admitted by their father, Frederick Ernest Partner. A sister Florence Partner was already in McPhersons in Bethal Green.

In 1911, Frederick Partner, 10, arrived at Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, in a group of 95 Fegan boys en route to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. (Sister, Florence Partner, 7, arrived in 1910, on the Tunisian with MacPherson Homes.)

On February 6, 1919, at Orono, Durham, Ontario, Canada, a marriage was registered between Frederick A. Partner, 19, farmer, born in Ramsgate, England to Fredrick E. Partner and Ettie Chapman; and Hazel Jane Darch, 19, farmer's daughter living at home, born in Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada, to James Henry Darch and Martha Peat.

Frederick and Hazel Jane Darch Partner had 5 children: Ethel May Partner (1920 ? 2000); Alice Marie Partner (1921 ? 1995); Marion Martha Partner (1923 ? 2002); Frederick H. J. Partner (1925 ? 1993); Helen Louise Partner (1927 ? 1991).

On May 1, 1927, Fred A. Partner, 36, entered the United Kingdom through the Port of Liverpool on the ship Montclare. He declared that he was a farmer; that he proposed visiting Poole Road, Woking, Surrey, England; and that he had previously been residing in Canada.

Frederick Arthur Partner died on June 4, 1977, aged 77 years, at Bowmanville, Durham, Ontario, Canada. Hazel Jane Darch Partner died July 25, 1964, aged 65 years, at Bowmanville, Durham, Ontario, Canada.
